Pedestrian Struck outside Bellingham City Hall, Crowd formed : Bellingham Metro News

BELLINGHAM — We are getting reports that a civilian has been struck at the “311” sign near the City Hall building in Downtown Bellingham, which is currently occupied by Camp 210, a recently controversial homeless encampment that has been the center of attention in Bellingham Washington, It is unknown at this moment whether the patient is a civilian who stays at the camp.

Local scanner and updates page Whatcom Scanner Report first broke the report on their official Facebook Page.

They stated that someone witnessed a male laying on street when the car struck him.

First Responders were dispatched at 9:54 PM to 210 Lottie Street which is the Address of Bellingham City Hall. Bellingham Metro News obtained the information through PulsePoint Application.

According to the posting, the vehicle has been identified as a White Toyota Forerunner, and the patient is now experiencing pain in the area of his ribs.

Law Enforcement is reporting over the Scanner that one person is down on the ground and a “Big crowd is forming”.
