Man pleads not guilty to killing in homeless encampment
BELLINGHAM, Washington (AP) – A Bellingham man accused of taking pictures and killing a 27-year-old man in a tent camp behind Walmart earlier this month has pleaded not responsible of the homicide.
Travis Hamilton was tried in Whatcom County Superior Courtroom on Sept. 10 for second diploma homicide within the taking pictures of Scott Dobson, the Bellingham Herald reported.
Dobson’s dying has been labeled as homicide by the Whatcom County Medical Examiner’s Workplace.
The trial of Hamilton is scheduled for November. Hamilton stays detained within the Whatcom County Jail on bail for $ 1 million.
