The Bellingham Police Division promoted 4 officers on August 31, 2021.

Officer Damon Landry was promoted to corporal and served as a second overseer over a patrol division. Corporal Landry has been a regulation enforcement officer for 19½ years.

Corporal Dante Alexander was promoted to sergeant and labored as a senior superior in a patrol division. Sergeant Alexander has labored in regulation enforcement for 15 years.

Sergeant Jay Hart was promoted to lieutenant who now oversees all patrol divisions. Lieutenant Hart has labored in regulation enforcement for 22 years.

Lieutenant Dave Crass has been promoted to deputy chief overseeing all civil service together with transport and public data. Deputy Chief Crass has served in regulation enforcement for over 25 years.
