BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham man has pled responsible to raping a tenant of his house.
Courtroom paperwork state that the person had been ingesting and utilizing marijuana along with his spouse and the tenant on January 14th inside their house.
The tenant grew to become sick and later went to sleep in her rental room.
The person, recognized as 38-year-old Johnathan Kennedy, was seen on safety footage checking to see if his spouse fell asleep of their foremost bed room.
Kennedy then returned to the tenant’s room and sexually assaulted her with out her consent.
A sentencing date for Kennedy has not been set.
