Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and funding agency Barings have negotiated a lease within the Bellingham Distribution Middle with the nation’s largest restaurant and grocery firm, TriMark USA, in keeping with a press release on Wednesday.
The 345,000-square-foot distribution middle at 160 Mechanic St. was in-built 2020 and is valued at $ 22.3 million by the Metropolis of Bellingham.
TriMark, headquartered in Mansfield, will relocate its South Attleboro middle to Bellingham to permit the corporate to broaden.
Barings, which constructed and now owns the middle, is a subsidiary of MassMutual with property of $ 382 billion. It’s headquartered in North Carolina.
