Whatcom County’s well being officers issued an announcement Wednesday, September 23, saying that top ranges of dangerous biotoxins have been present in shellfish within the space.
The shellfish harvest has additionally been suspended in Portage Bay, Chuckanut Bay and Larrabee State Park.
Paralytic shellfish poisoning, or PSP toxins, was additionally present in shellfish in Skagit Bay earlier this month.
