BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A 34-year-old Bellingham man has been arrested following a visitors cease with Whatcom County Sheriff’s Workplace deputies that led to discovery of fentanyl and a search of his residence discovered proof he was promoting medication and manufacturing untraceable weapons.
